- Return for a second (or third, or tenth) project
- Refer a friend or community that becomes a client
- Leave an honest review on the Reviews page
Once you've banked enough points to reach a new tier, mention it on your next project request or support ticket and the discount or perk gets applied — Nexbyte tracks balances internally, so there's nothing you need to redeem manually.
